Melton's Barbecue

I've attempted to re-create Melton's barbecue with some pretty scant reference photos. This is the first attempt. I grew up down the street from Bob Melton's and this picture would be from the vantage point of Morgan street just in front of our front yard. Melton's, along with all of our homes down there, was destroyed in 1999 by the flooding from Hurricane Floyd.
